HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Each family is made to order. We aim to dispatch your family to you within 14-21 business days of receipt of order . Custom orders & framed families may take a little longer. Obviously Mother's Day & Christmas gets very busy so don't leave things until the last minute.
HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE & HANDLING?
We assemble and package your families carefully and send our parcels by Australia Post (standard or express) which starts at $8.90 and varies depending on the value/size of your order.
CAN I ORDER MORE THEN ONE FAMILY IN THE SAME ORDER?
Absolutely! You just need to mention in the comments section at the checkout which figures belong with each family so we have it looking great for you when you receive it.
DO YOU ASSEMBLE MY ORDER?
We like to assemble your family for you so it looks perfect when you receive it, however the figures slot in and out so you can still move things around to suit or add to your family over time.
I HAVE A LARGE FAMILY, CAN YOU MAKE BIG FAMILY FIGURINES?
We love a challenge! We have made families of 20+ so it shouldn't be a problem. If your family is more than 25 it might be a good idea to contact us also
Can I purchase extra figures to add to my existing figurine?
Absolutely! Simply choose the Individual Figures category on the home page and choose from the range there.
the extra figures that i ordered for my existing figurine dont fit, what can i do?
Sometimes the figures are a little tight for the base you have. This is easily fixed by using some sandpaper or a craft knife to gently shave the back of the tab that slots into the base.
DO YOU HAVE A RETAIL OUTLET?
No but you can order from our website. We are no longer at the Eumundi Markets.
HOW MUCH DO THE FAMILIES COST?
The average cost of a family of four figurine is $75, but it all depends on the figures you choose including pets. This price includes an engraved base, tree & figures. The information below gives you an approx. guide but once again depends on the figures that you choose for your figurine. Its important to also allow enough space for bigger figures eg house, tractor etc. which take up 3-4 spaces.

Yes we do! Standard International postage with Australia Post.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Absolutely, you can contact us for quotes to other countries.
ARE THE FIGURES AVAILABLE IN BOTH DIRECTIONS OR JUST AS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE?
Yes, the figures are white on both sides, we will choose the direction at our discretion when assembling your family, however you can change the placement when you receive your family as they arent glued in.
